Full Journal pdf2011-04-11 House Journal Page 0918 HB 215 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 9, 2011, calendar (page 880), was read the third time: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 215(JUD) "An Act relating to the judicial review of a right-of-way lease or the development or construction of an oil or gas pipeline on state land; and relating to the lease of a right-of-way by the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation for a gas pipeline transportation corridor." Representative Holmes moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 215(JUD) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of considering Amendment No. 1. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representatives Holmes, Kerttula, and Chenault: 2011-04-11 House Journal Page 0919 Page 6, line 18: Delete "(1)" Delete ";" Page 6, line 19: Delete "(2)" Following "section": Insert ", except that the limitations in (c) of this section do not apply to an applicant appealing an action or decision described in (c) of this section" Page 6, line 21: Delete "Notwithstanding" Insert "Except as provided for an applicant under (a) of this section, notwithstanding" Representative Holmes moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Objection was heard and withdrawn. There being no further objection, Amendment No. 1 was adopted. CSHB 215(JUD) am was automatically in third reading.
