The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 9,                                                            
2011, calendar (page 880), was read the third time:                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 215(JUD)                                                                                             
     "An Act relating to the judicial review of a right-of-way lease or                                                         
     the development or construction of an oil or gas pipeline on state                                                         
     land; and relating to the lease of a right-of-way by the Alaska                                                            
     Housing Finance Corporation for a gas pipeline transportation                                                              
     corridor."                                                                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
Representative Holmes moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                    
CSHB 215(JUD) be returned to second reading for the specific                                                                    
purpose of considering Amendment No. 1.  There being no objection,
